These guys did a great job getting a new AC installed when we were in a bind. Very knowledgeable and straight forward about our options. Explained the situation in an easy to understand manner and made the decision process very simple. Cannot say I was treated the same by other HVAC companies. I will recommend and use Roberts going forward.

We hired Roberts' to replace an existing geothermal unit. They are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, on time, and conscientious. They had to remove an existing furnace carrying it upstairs through tight quarters, through our kitchen, then carrying the new unit through the same tight quarters. There were 4 men here to remove the old furnace and to replace the new one. They did all this without scratching a wall, appliance, or floor. They have quality products, and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them!

We have used Roberts twice, once for a repair at our previous residence, and another to purchase a new A/C system at our current home. Both times the technitions seemed knowledgeable and friendly.With the new A/C unit, Roberts calculated that our old 4-Ton Lennox R22 unit may have been a bit too large and suggested a Ruud 3.5-Ton, 13.5 SEER, R410a unit to aide with dehumidification. After doing some due diligence, we agreed to purchase the new unit and scheduled the installation for the next week. The two installers had the old unit pulled and the new unit installed in about six hours, even with having to thread the new lines through a finished basement ceiling (although one access hole had to be cut where the lines exit the basement). Installers were friendly and personable, and tolerated me looking over their shoulders the whole time. For you technical folks, they properly purged the system with dry nitrogen and evacuated the it down to 350 microns. Since it had been raining, they could only install a partial charge, but came back the next day to take their final readings and dial-in the final charge with the proper amount of refrigerant.Overall, we are pleased with the installation and were pleasantly surprised with the installation of a slightly better coil, done by Robert's at no extra cost to us. Apparently, the warehouse was out of standard-efficiency coils and Roberts substituted the high-efficiency version on their dime. With the better coil, we were able to achieve 14.0 SEER, putting us at the next higher level of efficiency which, in turn, qualified us for a slightly better rebate from Mid-American Energy.Roberts "checked all our boxes" and we have no qualms giving them our recommendation.

Called Roberts @ 11 am and told them our AC was not working. It was a 90 degree day and I thought I would be told it would be a couple days before they could get here. I was blown away, they told me they would try and get here the same day, and that is EXACTLY what they did. Their tech had the problem diagnosed & repaired in no time. Good old fashioned service.
